    Alyssa Milano Gets Engaged

    Milano has been dating boyfriend David Bugliari for over a year now -- the couple got engaged on Dec. 18, her publicist tells ET.

    Milano was most recently seen in a recurring role on "My Name is Earl," while her fiancé is an agent at Creative Artists Agency.


    John Travolta's Rep: Family Has Left Bahamas

    ET is first to confirm with reps for John Travolta that the actor has left the Bahamas, where his 16-year-old son Jett died tragically last week during a family vacation.

    John, his wife Kelly Preston and their eight-year-old daughter Ella Bleu flew to their sprawling home in Ocala, FL after receiving an urn with Jett's ashes Monday night and leaving the island chain, a source tells ET. 

    Keith McSweeney, a funeral director in the Bahamas, announced on Monday that the cause of death for Jett Travolta was "a seizure disorder." Jett had a history of seizures and was found unconscious Friday in a bathroom.


    Rip Torn Appears in Court to Face DUI Charge

    Actor Rip Torn pleaded not guilty to two charges stemming from an arrest last month. 

    The 77-year-old co-star of the NBC hit comedy "30 Rock" pleaded not guilty to illegal operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence and failure to drive in the proper lane, Connecticut's Bantam Superior Court confirmed to ET.

    Police said officers observed Torn driving his 1994 Subaru in the breakdown lane with a Christmas tree tied to the top during the Dec. 14 incident in Salisbury, CT.


    Craig Ferguson Ties the Knot

    "Late Late Show" host Craig Ferguson announced to his audience that he wed over the holidays.

    Ferguson married art dealer and longtime girlfriend Megan Wallace Cunningham.

    “The wedding took place in Vermont, where they have legalized gay civil unions, and I married a woman,” Ferguson said while showing his wedding ring. “It’s not just bling.”


    Jonas Brothers To Make Award Show Appearance

    The Jonas Brothers will be presenting at one of the most prestigious awards shows of the year.

    The brothers will join the likes of Hayden Panettiere, Jennifer Lopez, Martin Scorsese and Cameron Diaz as presenters for the "Golden Globes," People magazine reports. 

    The "66th annual Golden Globes" airs on NBC at 8 p.m. from The Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills.

    Patrick Swayze on Cancer: I'm Not One to Run From a Challenge

    Patrick Swayze is opening up about his year-long cancer battle in a new interview with ABC News' Barbara Walters, and he says the fight has not been easy.

    "There's a lot of stuff going on. Yeah I'm scared. Yeah I'm angry. Yeah I'm [asking] why me. Yeah, I'm all this stuff," he tells Walters.

    But despite those concerns swirling through his mind, Swayze says that, after being diagnosed with Stage 4 pancreatic cancer in early 2007, his reaction was: "Watch me! You watch what I pull off."

    Kate Hudson offered her condolences to John Travolta, his wife Kelly Preston and their family Monday night in the wake of the tragic death of their son, Jett, saying, "It's just something you never really recover from."

    "My blessings go out to that family," she told ET. "You can't even... They're going to go through such a difficult time. ... I wish the family my blessings and prayers."

    Kate premiered her new comedy with Anne Hathaway, 'Bride Wars,' in New York City Monday night. The film opens in theaters everywhere on Friday.

    "Grey's Anatomy"'s Seattle Grace Hospital is back in action: When Izzzy (Katherine Heigl) tries to talk to Alex (Justin Chambers),  he immediately thinks she is trying to break up with him, so when she admits she sees dead people (Denny, Jeffrey Dean Morgan) he is relieved and tells her to say hi!

    Then a death row inmate (Eric Stoltz) is admitted, which angers Derek (Patrick Dempsey) and causes the rift between Meredith (Ellen Pompeo) and Cristina (Sandra Oh) to deepen.

    In the meantime,  Callie (Sara Ramirez) and Mark Sloan (Eric Dane) create their own recovery program to fight their inappropriate attractions to members of the opposite/same sex, and Dr. Bailey (Chandra Wilson) teams up with Seattle Grace's new pediatric surgeon, Dr. Arizona Robbins (Jessica Capshaw) to save a young patient.


    Meet the New 'Biggest Loser' Contestants

    Eleven teams will be competing in the new season of "The Biggest Loser," and their combined weight is more than 3.5 tons!

    This year, the theme is on "Couples," but not just husbands and wives. There are cousins, best friends, sisters, mothers and daughters, a father and son and an engaged couple. Among that group are the heaviest-ever woman (identity to come), the heaviest-ever contestant (Daniel Wright who weighs 454 pounds), the youngest-ever contestant (Mike Morelli at 385 pounds) and the oldest-ever couple (63-year-old grandparents Estella and Jerry Hayes).

    "I think it's really interesting when we really delve into couples because when you're working with parents and their children, you really see the guilt that the parents have when it comes to what they've done to their child," trainer Bob Harper tells ET. "And I think that it becomes very inspirational, too, because we try to show them that no matter how bad it's gotten, no matter where their path is, we show them a way that we can get them back on track."


    An 'NCIS' Agent is Trapped in Prison

    Gibbs (Mark Harmon) and the rest of the NCIS team are forced to negotiate with the inmates of a woman's prison when one of their own is held hostage on tonight's episode of the hit CBS series..

    Special Agent Timothy McGee (Sean Murray) is caught in a lockdown of a woman's prison when a guard is murdered, and the women promise he will be the first to die if the guards come after them.

    In order to obtain the release of their trapped team member, the NCIS agents must uncover the real identity of the murderer. Robert Wisdom guest stars as Warden Gene Halsey.


    New Video: Jett Travolta News Conference

    A press conference was held this evening in the Bahamas during which funeral home officials revealed the cause of death of John Travolta and Kelly Preston's son, Jett. Watch the video here!

    Keith McSweeney, the funeral director, said that the 16-year-old's cause of death was from "a seizure disorder," while assistant funeral director Glen Campbell confirmed to ET that Jett's remains are to be cremated this evening and then expected to be transported via Travolta's private plane to Florida sometime within the next 24 hours.

    After the news conference, Obie Wilchcombe, a family friend and member of the Bahamian parliament, talked about Jett's love of life and his special bond with his father.

    Travolta Confidant: 'Very Difficult Time' for Family

    A family friend and member of the Bahamian parliament spoke at a press conference Monday evening in front of the Bahamian funeral home where the remains of John Travolta and wife Kelly Preston's 16-year-old son, Jett, are being held.

    Obie Wilchcombe, a confidant of the Travoltas, said, "I haven't spoken to the Travoltas [today], but I have spoken to some of the family and friends who are here with them. "[It's a] very difficult day, obviously, and it's been a difficult time for the Travoltas ever since Friday, and it continues."

    When asked about the Travoltas' next move, Wilchcombe said, "I suspect they'll be leaving the island in the next 24 hours."
